What IS Digital Media Memories?

Digital Media Memories is a studio boutique for family and high school senior photography.

We offer exclusive digital backgrounds in the studio, meaning that we have backgrounds that can be mixed and matched in virtually limitless combinations, and you, the customer choose your background, rather than have the studio choose for you, as is the case in many studios.

We offer a unique experience from start to finish. We begin by offering you a consultation on the type of photographs you want - and we come to you, in the comfort of your own home (or office). This gives both you and us a better chance to get to know one another, plus we can help with clothing choices, help choose places to shoot the photographs, and even help you choose which size wall portraits you would like. This pre-planning session is very helpful for everyone involved in the process, and really helps everyone become comfortable with each other. Of course, we can always offer you an alternative location for this pre-planning session, including our studio, but the best location is usually your home.

We then return for your shoot date and take your photographs at the desired location. This can be either at your home or office, at another location we have mutually agreed upon, or our studio. Within a day or so we will email you (and/or send you Facebook photos) a couple of photos from the shoot that you can use on social sites. This is called a "sneak peak."

We will then need approximately 5 - 10 days to complete the work on your proofs. Upon completion, your proofs will then be placed on an online gallery for you to share with as many people as you like. Your proofs will then be made into a proof book, which you may purchase. When your proofs are ready, we will set up another appointment to return to your home to show your portraits. This is an excellent time to ask as many questions as you like, and to see which portraits would look best as wall portraits, and which would look best as desk gifts.

We offer post sale customer satisfaction surveys to all of our customers. There is no appointment needed for this, and it may be completed via email. We also offer referral bonuses.

Digital Media Memories offers all of our products on an "a la carte" basis - meaning you can mix and match products and create your own packages. However, because some of our customers have requested it, we have created certain packages that are available for purchase.

Digital Media Memories offers many artistic features not offered in many studios as well, such as hand tinting, retouching, and airbrushing.

Digital Media Memories is a proud supporter of the military and offers current military a 15% discount with valid identification. Retired veterans are also eligible for a 15% discount with valid identification.
